The course is designed to gain a broad understanding of pregnancy and the birth process. The classes are dynamic and reduce any anxious feeling of what lies ahead.
I will help you answer any uncertainties you might have and help you draw upon your own strengths and abilities, to give birth with CONFIDENCE.
